March 9, 2023 - Comal ISD hosted the second of three art shows featuring student artwork on Jan. 24 at the district’s Support Services Building. The Winter Art Show showcased the best of the best from 11 campuses including Goodwin Frazier Elementary, Hoffmann Lane Elementary, Mountain Valley Elementary, Rebecca Creek Elementary, Startzville Elementary, Church Hill Middle, Canyon Middle, Mountain Valley Middle, Pieper Ranch Middle, Memorial Early College High and Pieper High.
The gallery-style show featured pieces such as oil painting, clay, charcoal, colored pencil drawings, sketches and more created by artists from kindergarten through 12th grade. Art teachers showcased the artists and their work to family and friends in a presentation. The final show of the year is scheduled for April 11.
